Today it was reported by Graeme Bailey from 90min Football, that Manchester United have been offered Wolverhampton Wanderers’ forward Pedro Neto by his agent Jorge Mendes, who is also Cristiano Ronaldo’s representative. It looks like Neto would be open to leaving Wolves after they just signed Gonçalo Guedes in his position. However, he has been offered to other clubs.

The 22-year-old forward fits the mold that Erik ten Hag is looking for in the market. He is a versatile young attacker who can play on either wing or even in the middle of the attack. The only thing that he lacks is height as he only is 5 ft 8 in tall, and the Dutch manager would prefer someone who can be an aerial threat for crosses.

The famous agent has spent the entire summer alongside his client Cristiano Ronaldo trying to find a new club for him, but both of them have failed in their task. Today, Fabrizio Romano informed that CR7 and Mendes are still exploring options hoping they can get a last-minute transfer. Jorge Mendes offering Neto to United could be seen as a way to give the Red Devils an alternative for Ronaldo.
