Another day goes by, and another name gets added to the list of potential new Manchester United signings. After the terrible start of Erik ten Hag’s era in charge of the club with two defeats in his first two games, he is now determined to bring in some new players to the team as soon as possible to reverse the situation.

Apart from the midfield area, the Red Devils have been looking for more attacking players available in the transfer market. Cody Gakpo, Sasa Kalajdzic, Álvaro Morata, Matheus Cunha, Joao Félix are some of the names the club has shown interest this past week. However, it appears that their new alternative is a Premier League player.

Andy Mitten from The Athletic, reported today that Man United are considering a loan move for Christian Pulisic since the player is up for it. The reporter claims that other teams like Newcastle, Juventus, and Atlético de Madrid have all approached Chelsea for the young American this transfer window, but the footballer would prefer a move to Old Trafford.

In addition to this, Nizaar Kinsella from Standard Sport, reported that the 20-time champions of England are also interested in other two Chelsea forwards like Hakim Ziyech and Callum Hudson-Odoi. Although Erik ten Hag would love Ziyech, the Blues only want to sell him permanently. However, the London side is willing to listen to loan offers for the United States captain.

Talks are ongoing

Jason Burt from The Daily Telegraph, confirms that Manchester United are currently trying to persuade Chelsea to allow Pulisic to join them on a simple loan deal since the player prefers Old Trafford as his next destination. Although the 23-year-old doesn’t have the best numbers since he arrived in the Premier League, ten Hag likes his versatility as he can play on both wings and behind the striker.
