Yesterday news broke out that Manchester United were in talks with Casemiro and his agent about a possible transfer in the next few days to Old Trafford. Multiple media outlets across Europe were saying that the 20-time champions of England made a big economic offer for the former Sao Paulo footballer that was too good to reject.
Later that night, it was reported by Joep Pedrerol in El Chiringuito that Real Madrid were worried that the Red Devils would be offering their player a five-year contract with double the wages he currently earns in the Spain capital. However, he clarified that the Merengues hadn’t received any offer at that time of the day.

Today news came from Relevo that Casemiro and Real Madrid’s president Florentino Pérez had a meeting after yesterday’s training to discuss the potential transfer. Pérez reportedly told the Brazilian that the club wouldn’t get in the way of the transfer if his desire was to leave as he had earned the right to choose his future.
Now the latest news comes from ESPN Brazil after Fernando Campos reported that the salary the midfielder is being offered by the English giants is not much higher than the wages he currently has. This way he disclaimed the reports of the Red Devils offering him double the money. Casemiro’s decision is personal and professional, he is not moving just for the money.
A few hours ago it was reported by Marcos Benito from El Chiringuito, that the 30-year-old midfielder decided to join Manchester United and that he has already told his fellow countryman at Madrid Rodrygo and Vinícius Júnior. According to the reporter, Casemiro’s intention is to travel to England next week.
