Ruben Neves has been linked with a move away from Wolverhampton Wanderers since their return to the Premier League, with the likes of Manchester United, and Barcelona all said to be interested in the 25-year-old midfielder. However, it seems that Neves is not keen on leaving Molineux just yet, and is instead holding out for a move to Barcelona.
With the recent news that Ruben Neves has turned down a move to Manchester United in favor of staying at Wolverhampton, it got us thinking about why he would make such a decision. There are a few reasons that could explain his thinking. Maybe he feels more comfortable at Wolves and wants to help them continue their success.

Or, it could be that he believes he has a better chance of being scouted by Barcelona if he stays put rather than going to United. Whatever the reason, it's clear that Neves is focused on his career, after all, United is still under construction. Is completely up to him if he wanted to be part of something new in the Premier League.
Unfortunately for him, Wolverhampton Wanderers haven't been able to establish themselves in the Premier League. Right now they are just above relegation in 17th place. With Raul Jimenez injured and the low level, the team has without him on the pitch, it's difficult to know where will they stand in the summer. And it's even more difficult to say if Barcelona will keep his interest in him.
