Erik ten Hag gives an update before facing Liverpool this Monday

The Manchester United manager held a press conference ahead of the Liverpool fixture this Monday when he and his players hope to turn this worrying situation around. However, it won’t be easy, since Jurgen Klopp’s team beat the Red Devils mercilessly twice last season 0-5 at Old Trafford and 4-0 at Anfield.

When asked about Casemiro’s transfer, he didn’t want to talk about it: “No. As long as a player has not signed, I cannot tell you anything”.

About the players not being available because of injuries, he confirmed what was seen during today’s training with Martial joining the rest of his teammates, but Victor Lindelof will miss the match: “Victor has not returned to the training pitch, but the good news is that Anthony Martial is back in training with the team”.

He backs the owners

When he was asked about his opinion on the protests planned by the fans against the Glazers before the match, he said that they should all be united: “I can only say the owners want to win and the fans, we want them behind the club.
