Manchester United had to rebuild in the summer to face this new season, since the arrival of Erik ten Hag to coach this team there was talk of a new project to give the team what has been fading over the years, the coach signed the record amount in the history of the team in a transfer market.
It is important that, despite spending on transfers, it is also of paramount importance to find the necessary tools to move forward in what is now a sporting project, just starting the season with two consecutive defeats was reason for the team to spend £150 on the signings of the Brazilians, Casemiro and Antony.
Sancho and Rashford were not called up and it has been noticed by these results
Fans could be Manchester United's new owners
There were many rumours about players who might leave, as was the case of Cristiano who forced his way out all summer without success, as well as the issue of possible arrivals of players who could be signed, a much talked about case was that of Barcelona's Dutch midfielder, Frenkie de Jong.
What didn't happen before was that any player linked with a possible interest in joining Man Utd was a luxury, a compliment for the player to be of interest to one of the world's top teams. Frenkie was approached by Manchester United after the player's difficult summer with the Barcelona board.
According to The Sun Football, the player, despite having many issues with the Barcelona board, was never interested in considering a move to the Premier League with the Red Devils. In the end the board decided to sign Casemiro because of the refusal of Erik ten Hag's compatriot.
