Manchester United new office is keen on the idea to go ahead and make some changes to the team in the next part of the season, and the fact is that right now they might be looking to go ahead and make sure that they have enough time to actually go ahead and make sure that they do have the best results that they can for the team right now.
One of the main concerns for Sir Jim Ratcliffe and for the INEOS office is the fact that the red devils need a lot of changes for the next season, and while they are trying to do just that it now has been confirmed that the Premier League is yet to process the deal that would give Ratcliffe 25% of the red devils, and this is taking time away now.
Sir Jim Ratcliffe needs to be sue that his offer would be accepted by the Premier League in order to start doing the right changes for the team, and the fact is that right now they are concerned about the fact that this situation could not be solve at least for the next three weeks for the team right now.
This is the same reason why despite the fact that INEOS wants to make sure that they have got a new sporting director they are yet to secure the arrival of a new one or to even start the negotiations, because they want to be sure that their offer is going to get accepted and this situation could now have to wait until the next month to be done now.

And the fact is that a lot of the sources close to Sir Jim Ratcliffe have confirmed that he is ready to make the changes and that he believes that right now his time line would still allow him to have an impact this next summer.
