Erik Ten Hag still wants to strengthen Manchester United even more before the start of the Premier League, the aspirations for the Dutch coach are very ambitious and he would like to keep improving the lines of the pitch that still seem to be weak.

It is true that Ten Hag has shown his interest in reinforcing every area of the squad, his main focus was the midfield, for that reason he looked for Mason Mount, who after several offers Chelsea could accept his transfer; after having the signing of the midfielder he put all his attention on the goal, as David de Gea had left the position vacant, so the arrival of André Onana could be said to be almost a fact.

The third position that the manager plans to strengthen is the striker, as we know, during last season the only way to score was Marcus Rashford, so United would need another No. 9 to accompany Rashford, which is why Harry Kane was said to be one of the big options that could arrive at Old Trafford.

Kane has been one of Ten Hag's main transfer targets since the start of the summer, however, Tottenham have reportedly made it clear that they have no plans to sell the striker during this transfer window, even though the player is in the final year of his contract, so many fans were hurt by the news that Harry Kane may not be able to wear the Red Devils' shirt.

PSG join fight to sign Kane

It is no surprise that the French team is looking for one of the best strikers in England, although Spurs have made it clear on several occasions that they do not want to sell him, an offer of 100 million euros from Paris Saint-Germain could make the London team think about letting go of their best player, while Manchester United see complicated the arrival of the striker because of its value.
