Manchester United take on Welsh side Manchester United at the Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego California this morning, the Red Devils' fourth game of a pre-season that began on July 12 and is scheduled to conclude on August 6, just a week before the Premier League kicks off.
The club is currently on tour in the United States, in which they will face a series of matches during the week, starting with the duel against Wrexham, then against Real Madrid as the most exciting match of the week and against Borussia Dortmund, with which they will close their participation in North America.
No doubt all these matches are very useful not only for the young players who have performed exceptionally well during the pre-season, but also for the first-choice players who are coming from a holiday period or matches with their national team; this is an excellent opportunity for them to start to get into a rhythm and understand the coach's game plan.
However, during the match against the Scottish team, Erik Ten Hag plans to give the U21 players a chance, as none of the players in the first team were called up for that game because on Wednesday they will be playing Real Madrid and the rest of the team is already travelling to Houston where the match will take place.
Manchester United has a free application that is available in most countries, in this application in addition to finding all the content related to the team, you can also see all the matches that will be playing the red devils during the preseason, at no additional cost, so the duel this morning against Wrexham, will be broadcast directly on the app.
