Manchester United is close to sign André Onana as their new keeper, but now it seems that they could be even closer than expected after the latest news.

Erik ten Hag is ready to make sure that André Onana becomes the new number one keeper for the team, and while the deal seems to be on it's way to be completed in the next few days, now it seems that there is another reason why Inter Milan could stop the negotiations and accept the offer from the red devils right away.

It was reported by Sky Sports that Romelu Lukaku, one of the most important players for Inter Milan this season, recently received an offer that would earn him a massive salary of 60 million euros in just two years, and on top of that the Chelsea team, who currently owns the player, could be getting 35 million euros for the player, and that has put a lot of pressure.

The fact is that Inter Milan wants to keep Lukaku on the team for the next season, but they where only able to send an offer of 20 million euros to Chelsea, and offer that got rejected, and now it seems that while they need some more money to mantain the belgian striker with the team, they could be ready to accept the final offer for André Onana.

André Onana value

The fact is that Manchester United last offer included a total of 50 million euros on the transfer fee plus 5 million euros on add ons, and while Inter Milan wanted to get at least 5 million euros more, it seems that the time is ticking for them to achieve a deal for Lukaku and could be pushing them to accept the André Onana deal as soon as possible.
