Manchester United seems to be ready to sign Declan Rice, especially now that they are back at the pole position in order to get the midfielder.

It has been reported several times now that Manchester United and Erik ten Hag are looking to sign at least three midfielders to reinforce the team in the next season, the reason being that current players like Casemiro or Eriksen are getting to an age where they are prone to have injuries and of course just getting tired in a very long season.

At first it was supposed that Manchester United was ready to move on regarding the sign of Declan Rice, especially if we take into account the fact that Arsenal would be one of the teams interested in signing him and that they would be ready to spend serious money to get him, but now it seems that Manchester United is ahead of the race.

In the last days it was reported that Arsenal already send in their first offer, and it was supposed that the first offer was around the 80 million euros plus 10 million on add ons, and sources close to West Ham have confirmed that the board took that offer as an insult to the team, and that any further negotiations would have to be more careful with them.

West Ham value

It has been reported that West Ham were expected to get at least 120 million euros to let go of Declan Rice, and the only way that they would considered anything less than that amount is if the team interested in signing him would be ready to offer a midfielder that could be worth at least 20 million euros, and now it seems that Manchester United could be ready to send the first offer for him.
