Victor Osimhen is currently one of the most desired strikers in the world, and Chelsea is also looking to sign him, but there might be a reason that he could choose Manchester United.

The 24 year old striker is set to leave Napoli when this season comes to an end and it seems that his main destiny could be in the Premier League, Manchester United as well as Chelsea have made a first approach to try and sign the player, but there is a very good reason why he would prefer to be a red devil for the next season.

Victor Osimhen have made it clear that he wants to be on a team that can compete for the Premier League title and for the Champions League title in the same season, and with Chelsea sitting at the middle of the table it is going to be really hard to convince the player to sign for them, taking into account they are not even going to qualify to any European competitions.

Manchester United needs to win 6 out of the 9 points that are left on the season to be completely sure they are going to qualify for the Champions League, that is a reason why everybody in the team believes that the match that are left to play could be considered to be like finals for them, and they are putting everything in order to win those games.

Victor Osimhen first deal

A first deal has been presented to the striker and it is easy to believe that he is getting a salary upgrade from the 5 million euros per year that he is currently getting paid at Napoli, and the offer to Napoli has also been presented, probably something close to the 100 million that they are asking for their striker.
