The Glazers (Manchester United's owners) are reportedly interested in signing Borussia Dortmund's Jude Bellingham. Bellingham is a 19-year-old midfielder who has impressed for Dortmund this season, and he's also been tipped to star for England at this summer's World Cup. And so far he has many clubs interested in his services.

It's thought that the Glazers see Bellingham as a potential long-term replacement for Paul Pogba, who has already moved away from Old Trafford back to Juventus. If the Glazers can get their hands on Bellingham, it would be a real coup for Manchester United. Imagine having a midfield covered by Bellingham and Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford as main strikers.

Who will be the starting striker for the Red Devils against Manchester City?

Manchester United would be a very attractive destination for Bellingham, as they are one of the biggest clubs in the world and have a history of signing some of the best young talents.  However, it remains to be seen if Dortmund will be willing to sell one of their star players since they have already parted ways with Herling Haaland last summer.

He could only come if the de Jong bid fails

Nevertheless, Erik ten Hag wants Frenkie de Jong for Manchester United. It's even reported that he was his main priority for the summer transfer market. If the Dutch midfielder wouldn't reach an agreement with Barcelona, he could probably have already been a Red Devil. So only if the de Jong plan fails, the Manchester United board will make a proper move on Jude Bellingham.
