The Red Devils have set their sights on continuing to sign players, the coach and the team are still not satisfied with what they have achieved so far in terms of players; Erik Ten Hag's plan is to get as many reinforcements as possible to help the team fight for titles.

The first reinforcement that was made official was Mason Mount, the fans were very happy since his arrival, as he would have been one of Chelsea's best players in the season, they were European champions, for that reason his signing became a focal point for all the media who are eagerly waiting to see the performance of the British midfielder, even so, the coach is still thinking about other positions he would like to cover before the end of the summer.

As already mentioned, the defensive part is of utmost importance for Ten Hag's scheme, who likes his defenders to feel comfortable playing the ball and giving the team an outlet from below; given that issue the coach could have found the player with all the characteristics he needs, so his arrival could be finalised as soon as possible.

This would give more ground for the departure of Harry Maguire, since with Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane as his first-choice defenders, the role that Maguire could have would be very reduced, and Ten Hag has already made it known that the British defender does not adapt to the system of play that he needs.

Axel Disasi the answer Ten Hag was looking for

The French defender is one of the new jewels in Monaco's crown, since his arrival he has been a key player in the defensive department, his 129 appearances as well as his 12 goals, make Manchester United very interested in Disasi; just Erik Ten Hag would have approved to start talks with the player whose value is around 30 million euros.
