Christian Eriksen might not be the only player from Brentford to join Manchester United. The Denmark international went back to the field with The Bees and since then impressed the Premier League board. After he complete a move to Old Trafford this summer, he has been a key part of the new Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag.

But reportedly the Red Devils would be still interested in looking for a new striker. Since the then-Ajax manager took over Manchester United in the summer, he has been keen to improve his attacking side. Although so far he has trusted Marcus Rashford as his main man, the Dutch manager still wants more options in case of any given injury. Unfortunately, a Manchester United player has already picked up one.

Anthony Martial started the game against Everton but at 29 minutes he had to be subbed off from the pitch. The Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo would end up taking his place and scored his first Premier League goal of the season in the 2-1 victory of the Red Devils.

Eriksen had good chemistry with linked up well with Ivan Toney last season after moving to the Bees. Ivan Toney was offered a contract extension but when he heard about the Man Utd interest, he told the Brentford board to hold on.

Eriksen's key for the transfer move

So far this season he has scored six goals in just nine Premier League outings so far this season – only Erling Haaland and Harry Kane have scored more than him. It’s been said that if Eriksen convinces him to go to Old Trafford, the move would cost around 50 million pounds.
