Erik Ten Hag is still not completely satisfied with the signings he has made, as he is still looking for players who can strengthen the team for the start of the season and who can also help to win titles, for that reason there are several players who are still in his sights and who could join the club before the transfer window closes.

One of the most talked about moves was that of Sofyan Amrabat, however, in recent days his situation has cooled a little, so the coach had to look for new alternatives that could arrive more quickly, given that Benjamin Pavard is one of the new players that the team's board would be starting to contact as soon as possible.

The French defender has had good moments with Bayern Munich, but even so he has shown an interest in playing for Ten Hag, so that would make his transfer a little less difficult; besides that the coach has also commented that one of the positions he still wants to reinforce is the defence, so both would benefit from this move.

Manchester United will continue to work this week to begin talks with Pavard, so that by next week at the latest they can submit a bid for the defender; there is no doubt that Ten Hag is still looking for ways to add important players who can perform in his system.

Pavard's value

The 2018 World Cup winner has spent four seasons with Bayern Munich and with a year to go before his contract expires, the Bavarian club are reportedly looking to transfer him to Manchester United, who have shown interest, for a value of €35-40 million, on top of that the Red Devils would offer him a salary of around £150,000 a week, so the fans are waiting for an official offer to be made for Benjamin Pavard.
