Supporters surprised, Glazer's decision to change course in negotiations

The novel of the sale of Manchester United, could be coming to a conclusion in the next few hours, the Glazer's decision to see who will be the next owner of the club has all the fans waiting to see how this story will end and if the decision will be good for the team. 

Last November, when this story broke, the Glazer's announced that they would be willing to take different strategies to improve the club, after 8 months of long waiting there are only 2 possible contenders to buy the Red Devils, the Qatari Sheikh Jassim Al Thani and the British billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe as the favourites in this bid. 

In the weeks leading up to the bid, each had announced their bids and their plans for the club, with Sheikh Jassim saying he would seek to take full control of the club and offer an economic route for both new signings and facilities, while Jim Ratcliffe had been looking for a stake in which the Glazer's could remain in charge of United, only with a gradual exit.  

Yet no decision has yet been announced, until several reports said that given the Glazer's indecision, Sheikh Hassim might withdraw his bid for Man Utd and buy another Premier League team, so the Glazer family's decision could come as a surprise to everyone.

The Glazer's possible decision

According to reports from Qatar,  Sheikh Jassim could win the race to become the new owner of Manchester United. The Al Raya outlet in the Qatari country reportedly stated that “the contract to buy Manchester United is expected to be signed in the next few hours by the Glazer family who own the club”. So, fans can rejoice as the new era of the Qatari sheikh at United is about to begin.
