Statistics show that Marcus Rashford deserved to be nominated for the Ballon d'Or

The nominees for the Ballon d'Or have been announced, and now it is a fact that Marcus Rashford is the big absent on that list, while some other players might not deserve to take his place on that list.

There has been a lot of controversy around the 30 man list that was released for the Ballon d'Or, and while the fact is that Marcus Rashford was not part of that list, there are several stats that show that the red devils winger should have been included over some other players that are actually on the list to win one of the best individual trophies out there.

With the inclution of Saka from Arsenal on the list, it is clear that Marcus Rashford should have also been included, with just the fact that Rashford managed to score a total of 30 goals in the past season, while the Arsenal player only managed to score 15, which by it self it is a huge difference that show that the red devil needed to be a part of the squad.

On the only stat that they are the same is the assists, because both of them had 11 in the past season, but now the main difference comes with the fact that Marcus Rashford and Manchester United managed to win 1 trophy in the past season, while the Gunners left the season with their hands empty, which sould have put the Manchester United main man on the list.
