The sale of Manchester United is still undecided, as the Glazer family has not communicated its official decision on who will become the new owner of the team. However, everything seems to indicate that Sheikh Jassim is willing to take desperate measures to be the one who finally gets 100% of the club's shares.

A week ago, Sheikh Jassim launched his fifth offer, which would have been around 6.5 billion euros, which is an amount that the Glazer brothers would be very willing to accept, however the Sheikh's final offer would have come with an important condition. It was reported that this would be the final offer, the last of all and it was even said that Sheikh Jassim would no longer intend to continue negotiating, so it would be a take it or leave it.

It seems that Sheikh Jassim's warning would have had an effect, since then several media have assured that the member of the Qatari royal family would have the advantage over Sir Jim Ratcliffe and it has even been said that his lawyers would already be finalizing the details so that everything is in order when Sheikh Jassim takes control of Manchester United.

The vast majority of Red Devils fans also seem to prefer to be the new owner of the team, as this could result in Manchester United having a huge transfer budget, something that for now seems impossible as Erik ten Hag has not yet been able to sign a single reinforcement.

Sheikh Jassim's promises if he becomes the new owner

Sheikh Jassim has shown his enormous interest in buying 100% of Manchester United and in addition to the 6.5 billion euros he has offered to the Glazer family, he is willing to eliminate the club's debt and has committed to remodel Old Trafford, as well as to grant a budget close to 1.5 billion euros to sign players.
