Cristiano Ronaldo has finally been unveiled by his new club Al Nassr, in Saudi Arabia following his exit from Manchester United. The Portuguese last week announced his decision to sign for Al Nassr via their social media upload which has been a huge talking point within football circles.

Ronaldo left Manchester United during the World Cup break that lasted over six weeks in Qatar. His exit from Manchester United just six months into the new era with new manager Erik Ten Hag caused a storm as fans were left in shock by the announcement.

At the start of the summer window, Cristiano Ronaldo was rumored to be interested in exiting the club but eventually stayed after not agreeing to a deal with any club. His role within the United squad changed dramatically after Erik Ten Hag took over as the Red Devils' manager.

Ronaldo and Ten Hag's relationship deteriorated as the season progressed and totally broke after Ronaldo's media interview remarks where he berated the manager and Manchester United. His contract was ultimately terminated in November.

During Cristiano Ronaldo's unveiling as the new Al Nassr player, the Portuguese international declared that he was very happy with the move to Saudi Arabia and will certainly make his mark in the Middle East after an illustrious career across Europe.
