Raphael Varane is back to the starting line up and is set to have a bigger role in the team for the next season.
Raphael Varane wants to have a bigger role for Manchester United now that he is back from his injury and he is ready to face not only the last three games of the Premier League but also the FA Cup final against Manchester City and the challenge that Erling Haaland is to every defender, but before that he had some time to talk about his idol of the red devils.
When asked about his favourite players from the team he had to say the following, “Ronaldo. I think it's because he cared about everything, every detail, his motivations was huge for every training session, every game, that's why we say he's a machine becase he never stops. He always believes and always wants more, so that was impressive.”
He have to remember that both players share some time together first playing for Real Madrid but also they where together while playing for Manchester United so it should not be a surprise for anyone that they both have a close relationship and that they both have only good things to say one of the other.
Raphael Varane is set to assume a bigger role now that it seems that Kim Min-jae is close to sign with the team and with Lisandro Martinez also coming back from an injury he might be looking to compete for the starting position, and the french defender seems ready to assume that role as the leader of the defense.
