Manchester United have had a great crop of young players, some of them have been able to shine in the first team, but others have not been lucky enough to do so, this leads to them having to pursue their football careers at other clubs and unfortunately, they do not perform as well as expected.
The case of Mason Greenwood has been very much in the media since a few weeks ago when he was seen training at a private camp, speculation began about his future at the club and whether he would be able to return in good condition, as well as whether he could make it to the starting team after what happened.
Recall that Greenwood had legal problems in 2022, after being acquitted and the situation was resolved in his favour, he was able to return to Manchester United training, almost after a year and a half, this would certainly have affected his football performance, so coach Erik Ten Hag, would have to make a decision about the future of the young Briton.
According to sources close to both parties, the Red Devils and the striker, have reached a mutual agreement so that he can leave the club, Ten Hag would seek to give him on loan with the intention that the player can get minutes and regularity, something that would help him for his possible return to Old Trafford.
Every day the issue of the English striker gets worse, at first both agreed that a change was the best for both parties, as Erik Ten Hag always had in mind to send Greenwood on loan so that he could eventually return to the team with a better performance, however, now the situation looks complicated for the player, since the coach decided not to count on him for the rest of the preseason and also some interested teams like AS Roma have already denied their approach, so the future of Mason Greenwood now looks uncertain.
