Manchester United have been very busy during this transfer window, the club already have two signings in place and are looking to further strengthen their squad, which is why Erik Ten Hag continues to keep a close eye on the players on his wish list, with the intention of starting negotiations as soon as possible.

The Red Devils have been looking for a new striker for several weeks now, at first they were more interested in renewing Marcus Rashford and then bringing him a partner who can help him with the goals, as that is one of the most focused on by the manager during the summer, although the English striker has come from having a great season.

Erik Ten Hag has clearly shown his interest in Rasmus Hojlund, the Atalanta player has been a target for the club since the transfer window opened, however, the manager first opted to sign Mason Mount and André Onana as two of the most important positions to be filled first; now that both have arrived, the manager would have a free hand to negotiate with the player.

Manchester United have already had several conversations with the player, and have also shown a lot of openness to come to Old Trafford, for that reason the board would be planning to make an offer of 60 million euros, which would soon be presented, however, there would be a club that would be ahead in the process.

PSG willing to pay for Hojlund

Paris Saint Germain, has been interested in signing an attacker due to the uncertainty that exists around Kylian Mbappé, for that reason first would have approached Marcus Rashford knowing that he was in his last year of contract and had not renewed with United, but now would go after one of the objectives that the club has had since the summer began; the French team would be willing to match the 60 million euros for the attacker to begin negotiations, so Ten Hag would have to hurry to submit their offer.
