Erik Ten Hag does not want to waste time and is still looking for a way to sell his players before the end of the summer, although there are already some who are close to leaving Manchester United, most of them have not yet received any offer, so their situation could drag on.

As already mentioned, Harry Maguire is one of the main options for the club to sell during this transfer window and although at first the defender was unhappy with the decision to put him as transferable, now he is more open to the situation after knowing that he would not get the expected role, because as we know, Erik Ten Hag decided to withdraw the captaincy, in addition to being able to reduce his playing time if there is not an offer for the player.

However, in recent days West Ham have shown interest in signing Maguire, although their last offer was rejected by the Red Devils, because it was a loan with option to buy, the London team will continue to look for a way to reach an agreement and try to sign the defender as soon as possible, something that United also plan to do.

No doubt with Maguire's departure, the club would not only have a bit more money in the budget, but would also have the option of acquiring another defender who can function as an alternative and give depth to the position, however, the English defender would not be the only player to leave Old Trafford soon.

Dean Henderson to be sold

Manchester United are already in talks with Nottingham Forrest over the transfer of goalkeeper Dean Henderson, with the imminent arrival of Andre Onana, and the manager is also planning to sign a back-up goalkeeper, so the £20million he would receive for Henderson could help him sign the goalkeeper he wants.
