Manchester United are always looking to be the protagonist in the competitions they participate in, as the demands of the club are always the highest and what they want is to win titles; for that reason Ten Hag has been busy looking for reinforcements that can help the club to fight for everything this new season.
Many names have been coming out during this transfer market, some have only been rumours, but others have materialised little by little, with the updates coming out; as we already know United are in search of a new striker, the need to reinforce the forward part of the team is one of the coach's top priorities, as he considers that last season.
The first is English striker Harry Kane, over the last few weeks new reports have emerged about his status and there was talk that there may be some hope for the Red Devils to sign him, however, the price and his salary is an issue that the team cannot take lightly, as the striker earns 30 million a year and is something the board cannot afford to pay.
The other target was Kylian Mbappé, one of the best players in the world has been going through critical moments with PSG, the president of the club would have informed that Mbappé had the doors open if he wanted to leave, this brought rumours that United could do something to sign him, but all this has been denied by the coach; so none of the players are real targets of the club for this season.
Manchester United has so far two signings, which have been exclusive requests of the coach, however, there are still at least two more signings that Ten Hag already has in his sights, the first would be Rasmus Hojlund to strengthen the striker and the other would be Sofyan Amrabat, who shone in the World Cup, both players with qualities that the coach likes a lot and would be the next targets.
