Erik ten Hag already knows the transfer budget that he is going to have with the team, and now the amount seems dissapointing for the team.
Ten Hag knows that Manchester United team is going to need to bring a lot of players in order to reinforce the team and to make it competitive once again, in fact the manager has already handed in a list that with the players and the positions that he wants to reinforce in the next transfer window, but he might not be able to do that.
Manchester United is yet to receive updates on the new owner of the team, and in the mean time they are working with the idea that the Glazers are going to stay in the team, and that means that the team will only have a budget of 120 million euros for the next transfer window, and there is not much that can be done with that.
Manchester United know that they want to get an elite striker for the team, but they do also want to reinforce the team with at least three midfielders and the fact is that they are also looking to sign an elite goalkeeper, and it seems that with such a low budget it will be really hard for the team to do all of that in the next transfer window.
It seems that if a new owner arrives that amount could go up by a lot, Sir Jim Ratcliffe is yet to present a plan that could change the way things are done in Manchester United, but if the Sheikh Jassim arrives to the team he was put on a transfer budget of 800 million euros to reinforce the team, and that amount would certainly allow them that.
