Manchester United is a team full of history known for its unique values and traditions that has a positive impact in football history. The social impact of the sport in England has been recognized for many years. Nowadays, the Premier League stands as the best football league in the world. Behind each team there is a group of dedicated individuals that contribute on the richness and the essence of the club. These are the workers, anonymous heroes largely unnoticed by the public eye.

It is important to say that the most important duty of these workers is to defend Manchester United at all costs and through any means necessary. These give us an understanding on how a strong group would react in situations that they considered unfair or innapropiate.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the club showed huge gratitude and appreciation for their staff and ensuring them to receive their normal salaries even when the league and all related activities were suspended until further notice. According to the English Press, the Red Devils have in their budget more than 3,000 employees.

With this said, the club released a statement on Mason Greenwood situation. In the message, United clarified the situation and made it clear that even though the charges had been dropped, a decision about integrating the 21-year old player, who hasn't played a match since January 22, 2022, has yet to be made.

The employees are against Greenwood's return

According to Express UK, the Man United staff are against Greenwood being integrated once again. Above all, there is a “sense of shame” and made it clear once again, arguing that the type of behavior and the accusations that the young player is facing, are not acceptable for a work environment like Manchester United. As of today's date, the club hasn't specified or announced when they will reach a final decision.
