The fourth match of the pre-season for Manchester United ended, the match was defined in the first minutes with Jude Bellingham's goal that put Real Madrid ahead; from this moment on United were not able to equalize the score and created few goal opportunities, so the club concedes its second defeat in the pre-season in a row.
Erik Ten Hag tried to make some changes during the match with the intention of giving another dimension to the team and create more opportunities, however, they were not able to recover from the early goal of the Spanish team and in the end they ended up losing by a score of 2-0.
Manchester United still have three games to play before the start of the season, and it is hoped that the club will continue to give more time to the first team to get into a rhythm and understand the way Ten Hag plans to go out and play the games.
After finishing the match the team will rest in Houston and tomorrow they will head to Las Vegas to face this series of matches around the United States; Erik Ten Hag will have to do a lot of work during these days to not allow a third defeat that would begin to put in doubt his project just a couple of weeks before the start of the Premier League.
Despite not being a spectacular game for Manchester United, some players shone as the highlight of the game, for the Cameroonian goalkeeper, this game was his debut wearing the shirt of the red devils, although he had a good performance and saved on several occasions, in the end it was not enough to help the team in the defeat against Real Madrid.
