It was a frustrating night for Manchester United fans across the world as they suffered defeat on their trip to North London to face their biggest rivalry, Arsenal. It was a thrilling game that showed why this rivalry was the peak game in the 1990s and 2000s in the Premier League.
The Emirates stadium was sold out as the fans came in their numbers to watch the new rivalry charges led by the new manager at Arsenal and Manchester in recent years, Arteta and Erik Ten Hag. It was a game that was billed to be spectacular for fans and pundits as United hoped to close the gap with the top spot.

Manchester United fumbled at London for this reason
Marcus Rashford lit up exciting cheers and discussion from within the away stand as he put Manchester United ahead with a thunderous shot from outside the box, catching the Arsenal goalkeeper off guard. Arsenal drew level minutes after with a header from Nketiah.
Arsenal went ahead with a belter from England International Bukayo Saka but Lisandro Martinez fought back for Manchester United with an equalizer against the team he almost joined in the summer. But a lapse at the backline left Arsenal to steal the win in the 90th minute via Nketiah.
It was an awful way to end the game for Manchester United fans when their team lost all three points to Arsenal in the last minutes. Fans were very frustrated that the team had little quality off the bench that could inspire victory with their chances in the game. This is down to the club's decision to not invest in cash deals in January and only allowed loan signings which has damaged their potential title charge.
