Erik Ten Hag's aim this summer was to strengthen the team, for that reason he has made three signings that have covered the needs that the club needed since last season, this has made all the fans excited and have high expectations of being able to get the Premier League title after 10 years.

The first signing was midfielder Mason Mount, at the beginning of July, United had talks with the player in order to sign him, Chelsea had rejected three offers until £60 million convinced the Blues to let go of one of their best players; the manager has shown his confidence in the Briton from the start, as he was given the No.7 shirt in the hope that he can perform at the level he is capable of.

André Onana was the second signing of the team, the Cameroonian goalkeeper arrived from Inter Milan for 42 million pounds, Ten Hag asked directly for this signing, as both had shared a time together at Ajax, this because the goalkeeper is completely adapted to the style of play that has the Dutch coach.

Finally, the third summer reinforcement was the striker Rasmus Hojlund, the position of the attack was one of the most sought after by the team, the Red Devils had to pay £72 million to get the services of the striker they were looking for, however, he will not be able to be present in the first matches of the season due to a back injury, so the fans will have to wait to see him in action.

Diogo Dalot and Luke Shaw discuss reinforcements

In an interview for MUTV both defenders were able to talk about different topics, one of them was about the reinforcements the club had made during this transfer window, Shaw and Dalot agreed saying: "Apart from the fantastic football players, they are fantastic human beings and when that happens, I think it's easier for us to get along with them and they are such a nice person, you can see they work hard and that's the standard for the club. So it's a perfect combination.
