Manchester United and Liverpool have always had a great rivalry, as they are two of the winningest clubs in England, for that reason you don't see many players moving from one team to the other, however, this time Ten Hag could snatch a great player.

As already mentioned, Erik Ten Hag is still looking to bring in more signings, the club needs to strengthen certain areas of the pitch, as well as have more depth to allow them to compete for all the titles available this season, given that situation a Liverpool player could help the manager to achieve the planned objectives.

Sadio Mané was one of the key pieces for Liverpool to be champions of the Premier League and Champions League; however, Klopp let the player go to Bayern Munich during last season, something that surprised everyone due to the quality of the striker, even so, Mane has not been able to live up to the Bavarian team, so his departure has been speculated a lot during this summer.

Manchester United could be one of the teams interested in the Senegalese, as his value of 25 million would not have to be an impediment for the club, besides that the experience the striker would provide would be one of the reasons why Ten Hag would be inclined to sign him.

Sadio Mane's career

During Sadio Mane's 6 seasons at Liverpool, he was one of the best players in the Premier League, his six trophies won during that time put Liverpool back on the European radar, however his abrupt departure to Bayern gave him a chance for a new lease of life, but now the rumours of his arrival at Old Trafford are getting louder and Ten Hag could make his arrival possible.
