Manchester United has had many promising young players, the club has always opted for players from the youth system, as they already know the mentality, vision and objectives of the team, even so, many of them fail to perform and their careers are frustrated by lack of opportunities.

The case of Jesse Lingard is perhaps one of the most regrettable that the club has ever had, given that he has spent practically his entire career with the Red Devils from youth level, the British midfielder promised to be a great figure, but his performance was never the best and he was never able to get the minutes he would have liked so much.

This made his career go by without being able to find a place in Manchester United, so the team opted to give exit to the player and Nottingham Forrest would be his destination during the last season, in which he could only get 2 goals and 2 assists in the EFL Cup, while in the Premier League he had a very poor performance, which in the end would end up costing him his place.

This summer Lingard is without a team and Nottingham Forrest was perhaps his last chance to shine in England, so he would have to look for new airs and opportunities in other leagues, which would allow him to conclude his football career.

Jessie Lingard could play in the MLS

The 30-year-old player would have talked about his commercial interests in the United States, after being linked with DC United and his former teammate Wayne Rooney, who played for that club, would have advised his transfer, however, sources of the Miami Herald, speculate the interest of David Beckham, owner of Inter Miami, to take Lingard to play alongside Lionel Messi, so it would be expected that the British midfielder spend his future in the MLS.
