Manchester United were able to unveil this morning one of the players they had been waiting for the most during this transfer window, as Sofyan Amrabat is officially the new player of the Red Devils for the 23/24 season, which is expected to be full of success and that the Moroccan will be one of the keys to achieve all the objectives set since pre-season.
There is no doubt that the arrival of Amrabat will be of great help to the coach and his intention to reinforce the midfield after the injury suffered by Mason Mount in the game against Tottenham, for which he is expected to miss around 6 weeks; for this reason the Moroccan could act as a 6 supporting both the defence that has also presented several problems at the beginning of the season, as well as an option in attack when required.
However, one of the situations that was worrying the team was the results of the midfielder's medical tests, as it was revealed that he had a back injury and speculation began about how long he would be out of the field and that he would not even be able to join the Moroccan national team for these FIFA matches.
Fans were also alarmed by this news, however, in a further update, the Telegraph reported that Sofyan Amrabat had no serious injury that would prevent him from joining up with his national team or being considered for the Red Devils' upcoming matches, so this gives the team a lot of peace of mind.
Due to the international break this week, the Premier League has no games scheduled for the weekend, so we will have to wait until 16 September when the Red Devils take on Brighton at Old Trafford for the fifth game of the season, where we are likely to see Sofyan Amrabat's debut.
