Just as Manchester United have strengthened their squad, they have also had to let several players go in the last year, either because they did not fit into the manager's plans or because their contract was about to expire. Whatever the situation, it is always difficult to let players go, even if their time with the team has not been the best or the most important.

Over the last year, the Red Devils are not the only team to have received offers from Saudi Arabia. Since the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo in the Middle Eastern country, the Saudi Pro League has begun to take off, as several big-name players have decided to join this new project that seems to have impressed the entire football world.

The attractive salaries and the millions offered for the players have made several clubs accept the transfer, as players like N'Golo Kante, Karim Benzema and Alex Telles, are just the latest acquisitions of the Arab clubs that are willing to spend any amount of money, as long as they want to expand their league.

Now, another Manchester United player is the subject of interest from two Arab clubs, so Erik Ten Hag will have to decide whether to let a third player go to the Middle Eastern nation, also with the idea that the club currently needs to sell players in order to continue signing the reinforcements they still have in mind.

The player of interest in Saudi Arabia

Eric Bailly, only 29 years old, has seen very little activity over the last year, in addition to the new reinforcements his order in the squad has fallen too much, as the coach no longer even takes him into account in the defensive part, in addition to that Bailly spent last season on loan at Marseille but now Ten Hag would have thought to make a permanent move and recover some of the 30 million that was invested in him during 2016, so his departure to Arabia could be of great benefit to both parties.
