Erik Ten Hag wants to leave out several players who do not fit in his plans for next season, this would allow him to have more space in the squad to make use of the young players from the academy or to bring in new reinforcements, however, there is a player who would be willing to force his way out, to get a fresh start with his career.

As we already know, there are many players who can't manage to stand out in the team, either because of the competition or the lack of opportunities, this is due to the fact that United demands a lot from its players, besides that, the amount of stars they sign year after year, makes that many others see their playing time reduced.

One of those players is the Dutchman, Donny van de Beek, who due to injuries and lack of opportunity has not found his place in the team, in addition to that the position of midfield which is where he plays, is too crowded and now even more with the arrival of Mason Mount, so his minutes on the field may be affected if the club does not receive an offer for him.

What is clear is that he would be looking for an imminent exit before the end of the summer, which would allow the player to regain confidence again, because at 26 years of age he would still have good opportunities in teams with less relevance; one of the clubs that would be interested in the midfielder would be a giant of the Scottish League, Celtic, would have already asked for the value of the player and the club could be a good place to restart his career.

Van de Beek's numbers at United

During the 3 seasons that the Dutchman has been wearing the Manchester United´s shirt, he has not been able to consolidate or get regularity with the club, his barely 60 games played and his 2,000 minutes, only show his poor performance and why a new start would do his career good.
