Manchester United are very active in the transfer market, the club is about to make official its second signing of the summer with the imminent arrival of a Cameroonian goalkeeper at Old Trafford, however, the team wants to continue looking for players who can reinforce certain areas of the field.
The main idea of Erik Ten Hag, is to cover as many positions as possible this summer, with the budget he has, for that reason he would also have to sell some players who are no longer in plans for the start of the season, even so, the coach is looking for reinforcements that are not too expensive and that can also adapt to his game plan.
This part is of utmost importance for Ten Hag, as for that reason he has put several players on the transfer list because they do not play the way he wants them to and in the same way the arrival of Mason Mount and André Onana, is because he can take advantage of their abilities and put them in a style of play that fits his idea.
This undoubtedly makes us understand that regardless of the hierarchy or how long they have been at the club, if the players do not adapt to the style of play and the project that Ten Hag has in mind, they will surely not last long in the team and will end up being transferred; for that reason the coach would continue to look for new reinforcements with a profile that he can take advantage of.
Bayern Munich have reported during the day that they are planning to sell one of their first team midfielders, Leon Goretzka could leave the Bavarian club for an amount that would be around 35-42 million euros; Manchester United is one of the first teams that have shown interest in adding the player, despite the fact that the midfield line is well covered, Ten Hag would look to add the German player with the idea of giving depth to the position.
