Manchester United have had a difficult summer, between the sale of the club, the rumours and the failed signings, we fans are starting to despair a bit about the situation at the club; now the bad news continues and this could only add to the pressure on Ten Hag

It is true that the arrival of Mason Mount would have covered up a lot of things, since all the spotlight is on the player, and the only topic that is being talked about is his future at the club and his expectations; even so, we must remember that his arrival to the team was not at all easy, many media were saying that the negotiations were over due to Chelsea's lack of openness to sell the midfielder.

After 3 rejected offers, the red devils were able to get the player paying 60 million, a figure that would have been higher than what Ten Hag expected, but the coach's intention was to sign Mount at any cost and he ended up becoming the first signing for this season; however, that has not been all, there have been other rumours during this market that seemed that they could reach the club, but it was not the case.

Players like Harry Kane, Victor Osimhen, Declan Rice are just some of the rumours that have been going around during these weeks, but none of them could arrive for different reasons, even so, Ten Hag will continue to look for ways to make new signings to start the next season.

André Onana and his signing that never materialised

Ten Hag is still looking for his new goalkeeper, André Onana has already been chosen to fill that position and United has offered multiple offers for the player, however, as happened with Mason Mount, the clubs are reluctant to let their players go, so now Inter Milan has rejected the latest proposal presented by the red devils, so Ten Hag would have to renegotiate if they want the Cameroonian goalkeeper.
