Manchester United winger Diogo Dalot has discussed playing with Cristiano Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandes at club level. In addition to being teammates with the Portuguese team, they also shared the pitch with the Red Devils.
While Dalot and Fernandes remain teammates at club level, Ronaldo left the club via mutual termination of his contract in November. Cristiano Ronaldo and Diogo Dalot shared the field for 39 games during their time at Manchester United. The pair also combined for a goal.
While they no longer share the field at club level, the duo play together for the Portugal national team. Both were part of the team that defeated Liechtenstein and Luxembourg in the last qualifying matches for UEFA Euro 2024.
In his infamous Piers Morgan Uncensored interview, Cristiano Ronaldo criticized the mentality of today's youth. The Portuguese, however, had words of praise for his compatriot Diogo Dalot.
Dalot has once again been a key player for the Red Devils this season. He has made 35 appearances for the club in all competitions this season, scoring twice and providing three assists. Dalot also scored in the Red Devils' most recent Premier League clash against Nottingham Forest, and Antony set him up with a lovely move.
