Manchester United are preparing for their fourth game of the pre-season tour of the United States, which concludes on Sunday, while the club still has some unresolved issues to resolve in order to continue improving the team, as there is not much time left before the start of the Premier League and the coach is looking to have the best squad possible.

That is why the arrival of André Onana last week was of vital importance for the team, as the coach had the urgency to be able to count on a first-choice goalkeeper and the most important thing was to try to get him to join the team as soon as possible, with the intention of starting to get into the rhythm of the game and that could be useful for the start of the season.

Even so, Onana has not been able to see playing time this preseason, although he is already training alongside his teammates, as it seems that the coach wants to take it easy and let other players have the opportunity to play, while the Cameroonian goalkeeper begins to get into a rhythm.

However, reports close to the team report that André Onana's arrival would cause some departures, as we know there are several players in the goalkeeping position, and Ten Hag has reported an interest in signing a substitute in the transfer market.

Dean Henderson next to leave

Last week goalkeeper Matej Kovar, who had been in excellent form during pre-season, did not travel to the United States because the manager was planning to sell him. Dean Henderson is now in talks with Nottingham Forest, who have shown a keen interest in the player, and United are willing to listen to offers as they look to make space for the next few signings.
