The red devils new office is keen to make some changes to the team, but now it does seems that time could be a factor for them to complete them.

Manchester United change their stance on Marcus Rashford's future

Manchester United new office is ready to go ahead and make several changes to the team like changing the hierarchy of the team and selling at least 10 different players in the summer transfer window. INEOS office seems to have the idea of what needs to be done to change the red devils team, but the fact is that right now they might have some trouble to do just that.

"The key is clarity and transparency, as people need to know as soon as possible what direction they are going to head into, whether they are going to stick with Ten Hag or maybe change." Rene Meulensteen, the former assistant of Sir Alex Ferguson said. This has been a concern now that it is unknown if the red devils project is going to count with Ten Hag as the manager.

Meulensteen then added, "At the end of the day, that needs to be clear for everybody, because there have been a lot of talks about people coming in. That part [behind the scenes] is very, very clear. Now what are we going to do with the manager?" as the red devils need to make the decision in the next weeks.

"For me, they have to make sure there is clarity before not too long, because that might eat into another transfer window and, as we know, over these last few years Manchester United has not been very good around that time." Meulensteen ended. INEOS office wants to use the transfer window to really show what they are bringing to the table for the red devils for the next few seasons.

Erik ten Hag's future

The main problem with Ten Hag right now is that the team has been able to turn things around, and this has forced the INEOS office to go ahead and considere the idea to keep him as the manager of the team for the new project.
